SMS Consent & Opt-In Process

Flood Digital — Lead Alert Notification Program

Last Updated: 10.09.2026

Who receives these messages

Flood Digital operates an AI-powered website chat assistant on behalf of its home-services business clients. Recipients of our SMS messages are authorized employees and staff of those client businesses who have been designated to receive lead-alert notifications. We do not send SMS messages to the general public.

How recipients opt in

When a client business designates a staff member to receive lead alerts, that staff member provides their mobile number and gives written consent through the following enrollment form:

“I agree to receive recurring operational SMS lead-alert notifications from Flood Digital at the mobile number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance.”

Staff members affirmatively check a consent box and submit this form before any messages are sent. Consent is collected by Flood Digital solely for this notification program and is never shared or transferred.

What messages contain

Messages notify the recipient of a new customer inquiry or lead submitted through their business’s website chat assistant, including the lead’s name, phone number, location, and requested service, so the team can follow up.

Message frequency & rates

Message frequency varies based on inquiry volume. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out & help
